Additional Item Details Now Visible in Your Warehouse Item List!

We're excited to introduce a highly requested enhancement to your warehouse picking workflow! You can now view key item details—such as Pallet ID, Expiry Date, and Custom Fields—directly from the Item List screen in both Picking and Pick to Tote on your WMS Mobile App.

What’s New?

With this update, additional information will be displayed on the item list view on the mobile app screen by default, giving you instant access to crucial item details without extra clicks.

If you prefer a cleaner view, you can easily toggle these details on or off via the filter menu. The best part? Simply set your preferences once, and they will be remembered in the app, ensuring a seamless experience every time you pick!

How Can I Get The Update?

This enhancement is available from mobile version 6.18.0 as part of our 7-day rolling release. This update gives you greater control over your picking experience, helping you focus on what matters most—efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Ensure you update your app version to access the latest new features!

You asked and we delivered! You can now use our new Microsoft and Google login options to centrally manage users, enhance your account security, reduce the number of usernames or passwords to remember.

What’s New?

  • New Google & Microsoft login buttons are now available on the login screen.
  • If the CartonCloud account is running with Enterprise Security, and has MFA enforcement enabled, logging in with Google or Microsoft will be treated the same as if you had logged in with email, password & MFA.
  • Note: If you login with your Google account, you will no longer be able to login using email and password.

Non-Mandatory SSCC Label Generation

What’s New?

With this update, you can now choose whether SSCC labels are required by adjusting the POP Custom Field settings.

Previously in CartonCloud, if SSCC was enabled for a customer, all orders subsequently required SSCC labels to be generated and printed, which could result in unnecessary label usage and extra time spent on printing.

We’ve now given you additional control over setting customised requirements by customer.

How Can I Get The Update?

To note, by default, SSCC will still be required for tenants who have it enabled, maintaining the previous behaviour. However you can now make SSCC labels optional, by unchecking the “Make this a required step” checkbox in the SSCC POP Custom Field settings.

This new feature allows you to apply one or more tags to Products, making it easier to categorize, search, and manage your stock. Find out more about Product Tags in CartonCloud Help.

What’s New?

  • Apply one or more tags to a Product directly from the Product edit screen.
  • Tags are displayed on the Product view page for easy reference.
  • The Customer Stock Report now includes an optional 'Tags' column, displaying a comma-separated list of tags for each product.
  • Tags can be exported and imported along with Products.
  • Any newly created tag is automatically added to the pre-defined list, making it available for future use.

What’s Next? A Glimpse Into the Future of CartonCloud

This exciting update is just the beginning! Tags are a flexible system that we plan to roll out across other entities in the future, providing even more ways to organize and filter your data.
