📦 Custom General Ledger Mapping arrives for Warehouse Premium Customers
Managing your financials just got more flexible with our new Custom General Ledger Mapping feature. You can now create your own Income Accounts in CartonCloud and map these to your accounting software, creating a seamless connection between operations and finance.
Additionally, we've updated some financial terms to be more intuitive: 'Invoice Class' is now simply 'Accounts', and 'Charge Subclasses' has become 'Fee Categories', making it easier to understand and work with these features.

📷 Photos & Documents: Now available on Sale Orders!
We're excited to deliver on one of our most requested feature enhancements! The powerful Photos & Documents functionality you know and love is now at your fingertips when processing sale orders. Whether you're using our mobile app in the warehouse or working from your desktop, you can now capture photos (and videos) and attach documents directly to your Sale Orders.
This expansion brings several key benefits to your workflow:
- Improved warehouse transparency through photo evidence of packed items
- Seamless documentation management across both mobile and web platforms.
This update, available from app version 6.16.0 continues our commitment to streamlining your operations and maintaining clear communication channels with your customers.

📲 Wave Picks can now be generated from the Mobile App
In a major step forward for mobile operations and our New Pick to Tote workflow, you can now generate wave picks directly from your mobile device using your existing wave pick templates. This puts powerful picking management right in your hands, whether you're on the warehouse floor or moving between locations.
This enhancement is available in CartonCloud mobile app versions 6.15.0+

🎨 Consignment Items Screen: A Fresh New Look
No more side-scrolling! Our redesigned Consignment Items Screen brings a more intuitive layout that puts everything you need right where you want it.
The improvements include:
- Multi-row layouts for better data visibility
- Optimised field widths that match real usage patterns
- Logical dimension field ordering (Length, Width, Height)
- A more intuitive cubic calculator.
⚡ API Capabilities Expanded
For our tech-savvy users, we've added two powerful new API features:

These additions open up new possibilities for automating your logistics operations and keeping your systems in sync.
📦 Product Packaging Product Unit of Measure (PPPUOM) Code Updates
Say goodbye to duplicate code confusion! We've rolled out an update that ensures each PPPUOM code is unique within your customer profile. This change brings better data accuracy and smoother product management, making your day-to-day operations more reliable.
What's new?
- A comprehensive Report Page that spotlights any duplicate codes, complete with quick-action links to resolve them.
- Duplicate prevention. Duplicate PPPUOM codes can no longer be created within a single customer.

🖨️ Bulk Generate SSCC Label on Purchase orders
We’re excited to introduce a powerful new feature—bulk SSCC label generation—directly from the Purchase Order Product screen!
This update streamlines your workflow, allowing you to generate multiple SSCC labels in just a few clicks. No more manual label creation—just faster, more efficient processing of your inbound shipments.
With this enhancement, you can:
- Generate SSCC labels in bulk for purchase orders
- Save time and reduce manual work
- Improve accuracy in your supply chain operations

📸 Feature Spotlight: Photos & Documents on Purchase Orders!

In the world of warehouse management, documentation and transparency are everything. That's why we're shining our spotlight on one of CartonCloud's game-changing features: Photos & Documents on Purchase Orders.
What’s new? This feature transforms how you capture and share crucial receiving information, providing a robust visual record of your warehouse operations.
The beauty of this feature lies in its flexibility. Whether you're documenting stock condition with photos, storing Chep dockets, or keeping digital copies of receival paperwork, everything is organised within the dedicated Documents tab on your Purchase Orders.
Key Capabilities:
- Multiple documents per Purchase Order
- Up to 100 attachments per document with Advanced tier
