🚛 Updated Import & Export for Transport Products

Last month saw the release of new functionality that allows you to make Transport Products inactive or active. To complement this new feature and further improve user experience, we have introduced exporting and importing Transport Products. The import and export feature will make it easier to update and add Transport Products to CartonCloud in bulk. Read more here.

📦 Unit of Measure Warehouse Charging: 

This Product Update focuses on creating greater control and flexibility to how handling and storage charges are calculated. The handling charges enhancement allows you to specify which Units of Measurement you want to use for charging, any scaling logic to apply, and whether you would like to aggregate handling quantities by product across lines, locations, or entire orders. In addition, we have introduced a new storage charge calculation method allowing you to charge based on a product’s Unit of Measure. With this increased rating flexibility, you will be able to handle an even more comprehensive range of charging scenarios and customer requirements. Read more here and here.

✏️ Revert to Draft Customer Setting:

This new customer setting will allow you to restrict when customers can edit and change information on a Sale Order to improve compliance and security. The setting will prevent the customer from reverting the status of the order to draft after approval. This setting will be turned on for all customers by default, however, you will have the option to turn the setting off and do so in bulk. ✨ UI upgrades for Putaway on iOS coming next week!  

To create a more modern and intuitive user experience for our iOS mobile users, we upgraded the iOS Purchase Order receiving screens to resemble the Android user interface. With these updates, you will now be able to enjoy a more user-friendly experience when receiving, verifying and putting away Purchase Orders on your iOS mobile device. Read more here.
